The purchaser of the NFT understands, acknowledges, and agrees that it is acquiring title to it solely for personal and limited commercial purposes, and that it shall have no authority, right, title or interest in, to or in connection with the underlying copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary rights in and to the NFT, all of which remain solely and absolutely with the Artist Upon purchase, Buyer receives the right to use, distribute, and display the creation. Commercial use is strictly limited to resale and use in commercial products , without alteration and without the use of the copyrights, trademarks or other Bear Coffee Club (BCC, BCCNFT) intellectual property, only the use of the the purchased digital art, no derivative NFT collections can be created.

TLDR:

• You can use your BCCNFT in any way you want including commercially
• Some use cases like hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty are prohibited by the author’s moral rights
• IP ownership is transferred when the NFT is sold
